Booking & Reservations
How far in advance should I book my tour or transport?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For peak seasons and special events, we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), online bank transfers, and cash payments. Corporate accounts and bulk bookings can be arranged with special payment terms.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged the full amount.
Can I modify my booking after confirmation?
Yes, modifications can be made based on availability. Please contact our customer service team at least 12 hours before your scheduled service.
